Here’s my unfiltered experience

The recently renovated property impressed me with its nice furniture and outdoor area. My wife and I enjoyed a spacious king room complete with a massive bathroom. The staff was exceptionally friendly. Despite some noise issues during our stay, I’m already planning my next visit. Just be prepared for parking challenges!

Spacious guest rooms with comfortable beds.

I experienced several issues during my stay. The air conditioning was ineffective, leaving the room hot and uncomfortable. Despite reporting it, no one came to assist us. Additionally, the bathroom was poorly designed, making it difficult to maneuver, especially the sliding door that was cumbersome to open and close.

My kids wished there were more amenities for families, like a game room or fun activities. It would’ve added to our experience.

I enjoyed my stay here. The room was spacious and quiet, allowing for a restful night. The staff was efficient during check-in. I appreciated the outdoor seating area near the bar. A great place for a quick getaway! 😊

But honestly, one dim light in such a big room? I felt like I needed a miner's helmet! And the wood post—let's just say I've got a new battle scar now.

Our stay was marked by the very nice warmth from the front desk staff. They were prompt and efficient during check-in, which made everything smoother, especially given the storm conditions around us. I have to say the room was super quiet, far from the chaos of the lobby.

The price, while a bit steep, was still within reason for the quality.

My stay at four points was much better than my last trip to scotts valley. The room was spacious and quiet, allowing for a great night’s sleep. The staff efficiently handled the check-in during a chaotic time due to storms, and i was grateful for their help.
